3 Modes of operation are available;
Manual mode - where the operator retains overall control of strapping tool tension before sealing the banding.
Semi auto mode - where the operator needs to retain some control for inserting corner protection whilst banding the load.
Auto mode - where the operator wants to use the strapping tool in a faster regular operation.
The strapping tool also features a “SOFT MODE” that slows the tension wheel down and reduces the tension range, this is especially useful for weaker Polypropylene strapping and fragile loads.
Operation is simple – place the straps under the tension wheel – press the tension button to tension the straps and then the weld button to produce a high strength welded joint in the strap
