When you install a SIAT packaging system, it doesn’t end with the sale.  We pride ourselves on our after sales service back up – we have 30 years experience and aim to ensure that any requirements are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

WARRANTY
Most of our machines come complete with a full 12 month on-site warranty on ALL PARTS (inc electrical parts) excluding parts subject to wear and tear. Also included is all labour and travel - please contact us for more information

SPARES
Due to our close relationships with our principal supplier, we are able to offer spare parts from a large and extensive spares department with most items available from stock.  For non-stock parts we use DHL/UPS to ship them quickly and efficiently. A full manual with a spares list is issued with the purchase of each machine and whether you are ordering to keep parts on the shelf or one off emergency parts, our after sales team will strive to turn around your order as urgently as you require.

We offer an in-house tape head service - you send us your taping heads for us to service and providing we are expecting them and they arrive early they will be on carrier back to you that same day - please contact us for more details.
