The R700 range of shrinkwrappers are highly versatile and can pack various products such as glass and PET bottles, cans, cases, jars, cartons all of different sizes and in a wide range of pack collations in polythene film for transit and protective packaging. models can be chosen to insert base boards and/or erect and glue trays under the packs.

They can be used in a wide range of industry sectors beverages, food, chemicals, wine & spirits, pharmaceutical, building supplies etc. We can meet a wide range of customer demands and ensure a very good quality to price ratio.

The machines have the use a motorized low friction belt to sort and channel various products using oscillating plates or flood feeding into lanes where flight bars arrange collations, here base boards or trays can be slipped under before feeding into the twin reel sleeve wrapper at speeds of up to 25 per minute dependent on product and collation, the machines are available as below and are built to customers requirements.
