Shrink Tunnels

The FR Range of shrink tunnels are designed and manufactured to complete our programme of automatic L sealers and continuous side sealing machines, for this reason tunnel openings closley match the size and speed of comparable sealing machines. Being of a high quality, however they may also be used with other sealing machines and having high recirculation of air flow from 4 directions reduces energy consumption.

They are all suitable to shrink Poleolifin, PVC and in some cases Polythene films.

• Rubber rolling rod conveyors driven by heavy duty chain - optional PTFE mesh belt.
• Conveyor speed adjustable 4-25mtr minute controlled by OMRON inverter.
• Conveyor saftey clutch - It stops if it is jammed.
• Twin fan circulation on FR22M/FR33/FR44 models.
• Adjustable air flow. with digital temperature control.
• Automatic tunnel cool down and shut off.

FR22/FR22Modulare shrink tunnel


The two models both have 420 x 240mm tunnel opening, the standard FR22 has a tunnel length of 900mm the FR22Modulare has a tunnel length of 1700mm ideal for high speed applications and long products.

FR33 Shrink tunnel

The FR33 has a  680 x 340mm tunnel opening and the chamber is 1270mm in length. Available in stainless steel.

FR44 Shrink Tunnel

The FR44 has a  1000 x 430mm tunnel opening and the chamber is 1600mm in length.
