Pallet Stretch Wrappers

The cost of a stretch wrap machine can be easily justified, even with as few as 10-15 pallets per day to be wrapped. Hand wrapping is a time consuming and physically demanding operation, a stretch wrap machine makes it easier and safer, while improving pallet stability and reducing possible damage and labour. Companies that are currently wrapping manually will see significant savings in film usage.
For companies handling 80 or more pallets a day a stretch wrap machine makes excellent business sense. Production speeds are increased and film costs go down with a payback in some cases of months rather than years, wrapping is more consistent and there is more quality control over the wrapping process to ensure damage free distribution.

F1-16 Semi Automatic Rotary Turntable Machine - EX STOCK DELIVERY

The F1-16 is designed to meet the most cost effective pallet wrapping applications and is the first step in mechanising the wrapping process. The function of the machine is to easily and effectivley wrap pallets with goods on them, secure enough for domestic and international transportation. Machine set up is easy, with the following choice in film carriages.
M a mechanical core brake stretching system for standard machine stretch film and Pre-stretched film.
LP a 200% Pre-stretch unit to stretch Pre-stretch films.

PK3 Semi Automatic Rotary Turntable Machine - EX STOCK DELIVERY

The PK3 is designed for continuous production in the most demanding of installations. It shares many of the F1's features but has a more robust construction and comes complete with a heavy duty Power Pre-stretch film carriage which can have gears fitted for up to 300% stretch, which can significantly reduce the film required to wrap palletised goods.

RA-S Semi automatic rotary arm machine

The RA-S is a rotary arm pallet stretch wrapper where the pallet remains stationary on the floor and the wrap is spun around on a rotary arm meaning that unstable, lightweight and heavy loads can be wrapped quick and easily. After the operator attaches the film to the pallet they step outside the guarding and start the cycle. The machines are supplied complete with perimeter fencing and light guards, 200% power pre-stretch, variable speed drives all controlled from an external control panel.

WR100 Robotic pallet wrapper

WR100PW

The WR100 is designed to be used continuously in any warehouse or factory requiring flexibility. Because the machine runs around the pallet it means both standard and oversized pallets with either light or heavy loads can be wrapped quick and efficently. The WR100 is equipped with highly efficent safety devices, high capacity gel batteries with quick charger, and easy to use electronic controls. The WR100 is able to work in a small area and can easily be moved from one load to another.
