The compact range of Gramegna Synth and GC Chamber machines are designed for use in applications where space is at a premium and single operator usage is required. These highly versatile shrink-wrapping units provide the ideal solution for the low volume packaging of a wide variety of products in PVC or Poleolefin shrink film. For higher speed applications we have the GS semi automatic L sealer machines with matching shrink tunnel. GS L sealer/GT shrink tunnel combo - EX STOCK DELIVERY
These GS semi auto L sealers are the perfect solution when a chamber machine is too slow and an auto machine cannot be justified. They are particularly suitable for products requiring a high quality finished presentation. The 2 machines in this range are totally motorised so require no pneumatic connection and can be used for bagging or combined with a GT shrink tunnel to complete a shrinkwrapping line. GS55A sealing area is 550 x 420mm and the GS80 seal area is 870 x 620mm.
GS features include:
- Teflon coated one piece sealing blade with round corner to reduce dog ears
- Radiator cooled sealing blades to give a more consistent and stronger seal
- Approx 600 packs/hour
- Manual or automatic cycle
- Safety mechanism on sealer head
- Powered outfeed conveyor
