Continuous Side Sealers

The continuous Automatic Side Sealing machine bridges the gap between L-sealer and flow wrap technologies, having higher capacity than L-sealers and the capacity to handle extra long products.
Keeping the transverse sealing jaw/blade of the L-sealer, the longitudal sealing jaw/blade is substituted by a continuously operating side-sealing and film trimming unit.
Ignoring this technical difference the S50 & S80 operate very similar to our automatic L-sealers, a complete installation can include a conveyor and suitable shrink tunnel.

  • Automatic scrap wind-up system with two-step alarm and m/c stop when full
