The cost of a SIAT Case sealing machine can easily be justified, even when small numbers of cases are to be sealed. Sealing by hand is a time consuming and repetative operation, a case sealing machine can make the process quicker and easier, while improving final case presentation and integrity also controlling the amount of tape used and reducing labour.
They are simple to use and adjust and easily intergrated into existing packing lines or used with a SIAT CASE FORMER to create a complete packing line. They are built to EC directives on safety and have Robust construction suitable for 24hr production. A wide range of accessorys are available to complete the packing process.

The SIAT SK2 is a manually fed pre-set size case sealing machine suitable to seal a wide range of case sizes up to 500 x 500mm, it is quick and easy for any operator to set up & run. Top & Bottom drive belts are utilized so both heavy and light cases are sealed without the cases stalling over the taping heads. Reliable and low maintenance K11 Top & Bottom taping heads are used for 50mm wide self adhesive tape to apply a perfect seal time after time..
For Extra large cases upto 650wide x 700high you may require the S26 Case sealing machine

The S8 and S8/4 are manually fed pre-set size case sealing machine suitable to seal a wide range of case sizes, they use side drive belts to transfer the cases this allows the taping heads to get closer to smaller cases. SR4 Random Case Sealing Machine - EX STOCK DELIVERY

The SR4 is a manually fed auto adjusting machine which shares all the excellent features of the S2 but uses a pneumatic system to auto adjust for different case sizes meaning random size cases can be sealed quick and easily, the machine is fitted with a stop to limit the motion of the upper taping assembly and the self centering side guides act as a case holder easing loading of the cases.
SM11 Automatic Case Sealing Machines - EX STOCK DELIVERY
The SM11 group of machines are pre-set automatic case sealing machines that will fold the 4 upper flaps of pre-filled cases before sealing the top and bottom flaps with pressure sensitive tape at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. They require no operator except for case size changeover and tape reel changeover. They are quick and easy to set up and require little maintenance. The cases can be pushed in manually or processed automatically by means of an indexing unit from a conveyor line.
The SM11 will seal a wide range of case sizes but for case sizes at the extremities we have the SM11/4 which will seal cases down to 60mm in height and the SM116 for extra large cases up to 900 x 650 x 700h (mm).

HM11 Automatic case Sealing Machines with Hot Melt Glue Sealing
The HM11 machines are pre-set automatic case sealing machines that will fold the 4 upper flaps of pre-filled cases before sealing the top and bottom flaps with Hot melt glue at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. They require no operator except for case size changeover and glue tank filling. They are quick and easy to set up and require little maintenance. The cases can be pushed in manually or processed automatically by means of an indexing unit from a conveyor line.
The HM11-T machine has a Robatech glue generator and one glue head to seal the top flaps and the HM11-TB has two glue heads to tape both top and bottom flaps.

SM44 Fully Automatic Case Sealing Machines
The SM44 range of machines automatically adjust to random size cases while sealing small and large, lightweight and heavy cases without the need for an operator. They are fully automatic and provide secure and reliable taping at sppeds up to 16 cases per minute. Fully automatic machines are ideally suited to applications where various packing lines converge.
