P50-T and P50T/B semi automatic combined case former and sealer

P50T-B Combined Case Sealer & Former
The P50 packing stations are designed to significantly reduce the effort and time (by up to 30%) required to manually erect and fill a cardboard case prior to sealing. To reduce overall size a compact combined former and sealer was developed with few adjustments required to changeover case size. The operator lowers a case blank into the machine where it is folded and held in place to allow packing with both hands - ideal for heavy/awkward products. Once the case is filled the top flaps are manually folded down and a button is pressed and the case former pushes the case into the sealer - again reducing effort!

SIAT AUTOMATIC CASE FORMING MACHINES

HM145
The SIAT automatic case formers draw, erect and seal with either self adhesive tape or hot melt glue the bottom flaps of regular slotted cases at speeds up to 16/min. They are simple to use and adjust and provide excellent payback in terms of reducing working strains on case forming, speeding up the packing process, reducing labour in the packing process, final case presentation and integrity and reducing tape/glue wastage. They can be intergrated into existing packing lines or used with a SIAT CASE SEALER to create a complete packing line. They all have Robust construction and are suitable for 24hr production and are built to EC directives on safety

F144 Range of Case formers with self adhesive tape sealing, speed 8-10 cases per minute.
F344 Range of Case formers with self adhesive tape sealing, speed 14-16 cases per minute.
HM145 Range of case formers with hot melt glue sealing, speed 8-10 cases per minute.
