Auto L Sealers

The FAI range of auto L-sealers have a host of common features that ensure years of high performance for your automatic shrink wrap requirements with models to seal most size of packages. For standard auto L-sealers we have the PC range and for taller packs we have the CS range which allows us to seal packs up to 270mm in height. For extra long products please see our S50 Continuous side sealer.

We have a range of compatable shrink tunnels and we can supply infeed & outfeed belt conveyors, lugged or flighted conveyors and stack feeders for books, DVDs etc. We work closely and directly with the machinery manufacturer to ensure the correct solution to each application.

The Compatta auto L sealer and tunnels are the ideal machine where a compact solution is required for your shrinkwrap requirments. They offer high quality results for display packaging at speeds of 20-30 per minute dependent on product.

The PC are stand alone L sealing machines that can be used for bagging only or with our FR shrink tunnels for presentation packaging.

CS Range of Automatic L Sealing Machines
The CS range share all the features of the PC & Compactta L sealers but have motorized centre seal systems to make sealing taller products easier.

CS7900   900 x 700mm, Max height 270mm
